HuffPost has done it again. They compiled a slide show of the funniest protest posters of ‘09 thus far and they are ridiculous.
I didn’t give in to watching to show yet, but I am vain enough to make a character of myself. Ha.

What is that crazy idea where you have positive thinking about something and it will happen? Oh yeah, The Secret. Consider it done. Now where’s the evidence that this is real?

Today as I was commuting to work, I had a funny thought. Maybe only funny to me. But I saw a truck that looked like my ex-ex-boyfriend’s and thought, “I wonder if that’s him. I wonder if he saw me?” (It wasn’t.) But that thought lead to this one, “Would he recognize me?”
You see, a few months ago I dyed my hair a luscious dark brown, after being a natural blonde my whole life. I loved my blonde hair, but it was time for something drastic. And the funny thing is, I don’t know how many people would recognize me with the change.
So then I thought, “I wonder how many people I know, but haven’t seen in a while, that have seen me lately, but not recognized me?” For some reason, it made me really curious and amused.
I’m going to put a photo of me with blonde and then with dark hair, for your amusement.
